Defenceman Tyson Barrie has signed a two-year contract worth an average annual value of $2.6 million with the Colorado Avalanche.

Defenceman Tyson Barrie has signed a two-12 months agreement really worth a mean annual price of $2.6 million with the Colorado Avalanche.

The deal will pay Barrie $2 million in 2014-15 and $3.2 million in 2015-16.

“Tyson is a large part of the younger nucleus of our crew,” Avalanche Executive Vice President of Hockey Operations Joe Sakic stated in declaration. “He is a talented young defenseman who brings numerous offense. We are pleased to have him underneath agreement and stay up for his contribution this upcoming season.”
